Tracey Henning,  Administrator
Tracey Henning began his career in environmental services and traveled as a District Manager and visited many different nursing homes throughout Texas.  He has several years of experience in Healthcare.

Alicia Miles
Annette Sanders, LVN, Assistant Director of Clinical Services
A native of Oklahoma, Annette has been a nurse for 26 years, earning her degree from the Kiamichi Area Vocational Nursing Program. Her expertise and compassion have served her well in nursing management for the past sixteen years. She joined the Laurenwood team two years ago.

Laura Garza, LVN, Assistant Director of Clinical Services
Allison Brantley-Pruitt, Director of Revenue Enhancement
Allison has been part of the Laurenwood team for seven years. She is a Licensed Vocational Nurse with special training in Minimum Data Sets. Allison is a dedicated employee with unbelievable organizational skills. Allison is married with two children and loves to bake in her spare time. Allison is an extremely compassionate person and she enjoys working with the geriatric population.

Leigh Kerestes
Leigh comes from a vast background in Duncanville community and has worked as a liaison for Assisted living and now currently Laurenwood Nursing and rehab.

Kristi Stalcup, Director of Social Services
Kristi has been part of the Laurenwood team for over eleven years. She is a Licensed Social Worker and a graduate of Lubbock Christian University. Kristi is married with two children. She loves her family and is very involved in church . Kristi loves people and has a passion for helping others.

Raven Evans, Director of Finance
Raven entered the healthcare field in 2000. She began as a data entry clerk and through proper training and consistency, has worked her way into her current position. Raven has worked in Medical Records/Central Supply, Human Resources, Reception, and now the Business Office. Have worked in so many different areas of the healthcare industry has given her a wide range of experience in long-term care.

Tammy Hunt, Culinary Services Supervisor
Tammy began her career in 1988 as a Dietary Aide, and after just eight short months, she was promoted to Dietary Cook and Assistant Dietary Manager. In 1999, she was offered a Dietary Manager position in a nursing facility, and later joined the Laurenwood family in May 2007 taking over the role as Culinary Services Supervisor.

Laura Mott, Life Enrichment Director
Laura started her career in 2003 as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a nursing facility. In 2007, she became a Certified Activity Director, and later assumed the role of Life Enrichment Director at the Laurenwood in 2014.

 

Celia Hernandez, Environmental Services Supervisor
Celia began at the Laurenwood in 2005 as a Housekeeper. She was soon promoted to Environmental Services Supervisor, where she oversees both the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments.

Karina Lucio-Escobar, Medical Records/Central Supply Coordinator
Karina began working at the Laurenwood in 2010 as the facility’s Hydration Aide. Her compassion for the residents earned her a promotion to Medical Records/Central Supply Coordinator.
